Each individual may hold only one Account on the f7ff Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. f7ff employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where a duplicate Account is identified, f7ff reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and void any pending or unsettled bets and winnings across those Accounts.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at any time f7ff requests updated information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your Pakistani mobile number, your date of birth, and your payment method details. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.
f7ff is required under its international licensing obligations to conduct KYC verification on all Accounts. You may be asked at registration or at any subsequent point to provide:
Withdrawals may be held pending successful completion of KYC verification. f7ff will not process withdrawal requests from Accounts that have not completed KYC to the satisfaction of our compliance team.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. f7ff strongly recommends using a unique, strong password for your Account and not sharing it with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify f7ff immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
f7ff accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method is registered to a person other than the Account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the source payment method.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account. f7ff reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time with reasonable prior notice where practicable. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in PKR promptly following confirmation of the transaction by the relevant payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and conditions applicable to that method. f7ff does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before any withdrawal is processed, f7ff may require completion of KYC verification and, where Bonus Funds have been credited, satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirements.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours during business hours; bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically completed within one business day. These timelines are indicative and may be extended during periods of high demand or for Accounts subject to enhanced due diligence review.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. f7ff will make reasonable efforts to notify the Account holder via the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. Any remaining real-money balance will be held securely and remains withdrawable upon Account reactivation subject to KYC requirements.

f7ff reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where the proposed amendments are material, f7ff will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the registered email address associated with your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect. Your continued use of the f7ff Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.
